United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Stornoway Grey
Had the FFRR TD6 Stage 1 Tune from JE Engineering

Ok, I might be jumping the gun in terms of writing this up as I've only driven the car 35 miles since it was done this morning but WOWAH WEEWAAH! - High Five! Very Happy as Borat would say.

John and Annette are really friendly, very knowledgable too, you sit waiting like a father-to-be in the waiting room area, a plethora of up to date Land Rover mags to keep you busy while you wait and a bacon butty van a few yards away should you get peckish. I had a quick sneak inside the workshop, their special LR90 is in there at the moment, the one with the Union Jack artwork all over it, their Supercharged Sport Stage 1 was there too, plus the specially rebuilt Bahrain 2 door classic as posted by PaulB, in fact the Editor of LRO magazine John Pearson rolled up while I was there to take it out and do a photo shoot for an article to be appearing in LRO next month I guess.

Anyway, how does it drive? Bl**dy brilliant is the answer! Very Happy It's got a whole new lease of life, the mid range pull is brilliant and I can now overtake things with much more confidence, at motorway speeds it really zips up past the legal limit with ease into triple figures, before it was quite laboured.

I'd recommend this to anyone and in fact I'm taking it round for my dad to have a go in tonight to see if I can convince him to get his done too.

An excellent modification and a great friendly team who did it. Top marks to JE!

Now, if I see some fuel savings too I'll be cockahoop as they say. L319 D4 HSE

I know but who knows when someone might stop that!

Anyway, I've always enjoyed the 'get as many miles out of a tank of fuel' game and it's great not having to fuel up so often anymore, even if it does take ages when you do... Rolling Eyes

I love this car, it's a total pleasure to own.

What I should be saying of course is that I am being considerate to the environment and reducing my carbon footprint yadda yadda yadda. Whistle L319 D4 HSE

The 0-60 time has been shaved by about 2 seconds they say, the way it drives overall is the biggest bonus, It's like a different car, much smoother, less gear hunting, more torque making acceleration nice and easy.

On my first tank of fuel my average mgp has increased from 24 to 26.2, and that's taking into account the fact that the first 100 miles of it I was flooring it everywhere to try the new unleashed power. I reckon it will creap to 27mpg overall soon. Now that's worth it. Thumbs Up L319 D4 HSE
