I have not had to brake hard in 1300 miles, but the brake feel is excellent. Smile

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Having come from Brembos on my EVO to the RRS with Brembos, I think they're MUCH better!! There's a lot of initial bite, and loads of feel, no fade to be seen when doing some "spirited" driving today which is suprising for the size of the thing. Overall, impressed!!
Can't compare them to the standard calipers though, sorry Surprised

(PS. EVO now has 2.5k worth of new brakes!!!) Old enough to know better,
Young enough not to care!!!

Just me then, but I am after some harder pads on the few times I have given them some stick they have overheated and on once faded to virtually nothing

Byron,

I guess hard but along fast bending roads and the only weakness is the brakes the general handling and chassis still have capability its the brakes that hinder rapid progress , I was going to say slow you down but this is my issue!

Heard from a reliable source @ Landrover that they are dropping the Brembo calipers in favour of some others, not sure what though - been told better and cheaper

Called LR, they told me they had not heard of anything about the brakes, which means that at least for the next 3-4 months there should be no change Smile RRS S/C,Bonatti Grey,Ebony Interior,Lined Oak Finish, Rear Lock Dif, DVD,Sunroof,ACC
