Hi guys !! picking my TDV6 HSE up on Wednesday...the dealer says that it is an un-registered cancelled order with a sunroof in it !!!! has anyone out there got a FFSR in their vehicle ? apparently, it is a £900 option that no one ever takes ! any comments on this ? the dealer tried to get me to cough-up the £900.00 kept to my guns, eventually got it free ! end of the month targets and all that I think..! |

I do miss having a sunroof actually... despite aircon etc having the sunroof open does give you that sense of fresh air without having to have the windows down (which I don't get on with personally).

This would probably be a question to ask in the Technical section of the forum in order to get a better review of the question.

Try another dealer and don't mention anything about fuel contamination. Might be worth posting this question on www.disco3.co.uk in the "Australia" section (same engine in the D3) and also ask about good dealers - they make all the difference! |

I had the same problem, it got worse and worse - tried a software update first but it didn't help - and then they changed something to do with the fuel system - normally done under a service, but they did it under warranty - and then back to normal and fine!
