Rubbing strips fitting instructrion

Hi,

I have ordered the rubbing strips and looking to install them this week-end and need your help... As always, the instructions are very clear!!!
On the instruction that you can see on the http://www.ownerinfo.landrover.com , page 4 of 5, drawing n3, what the hell does 10mm means??? Is that 10mm from the bottom of the door??? That seems way to low! Or do they mean 10 cm??
Any help? Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

So I guess the top of the strip should be 10mm (1cm) below the lower door panel....Will work on it this week end.
