Bish I read somewhere recently that LR is slowly waking up to the fact that many folks in the USA would buy a diesel engined product if it were offered and they are working on retro-engineering the engines to work with high sulphur diesel - the problem you guys have is that your diesel knackers modern European engines designed to run on low sulphur fuels and biodiesels 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

There's that Shmoogle and also the fact that a certain state on the west coast is forcing makers to sell more fuel efficient vehicles. But there is still a huge body of folks in the USA that thinks that big diesel engines only belong in big "semis" - remember a "truck" in the USA is another name for a Range Rover! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

They'd have to prove the mod was the cause of any problem and that is very unlikely.... it's a long-running argument. I wouldn't say the risk is large enough to stop you from getting it chipped.
