If this happens I hope LR scrap the CO2 offset levy we pay on new cars.

The rumours are that any cars in band G will be hit with a £2k one off forcourt tax when bought new! We will find out shortly. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

They can do this sort of stuff but there are a lot of people out there that don't give a RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

So what are the going to waste that £730m on? Bet you it won't get anywhere near improving the infrastructure.

If oil is going to run out in about 30 years time and man's demand worldwide for oil continues what is the point of the UK trying to reduce it's consumption as someone else will simply use it, thus creating as much CO2 worldwide. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
