Dynamic response problem

While driving home from a business trip last Friday I suddenly heard a rather load "puff" from the rear of the car and a red warning light came on telling suspension fault, stop the car and turn off the engine! Hell, I pulled over after a few hundred meters and went out to survey the car, nothing to be seen. Immidiately phoned the dealer, and after some discussions we agreed I could drive the remaining 150 kms of my trip and drop in by the dealer for a check up. The car functioned quite well but certainly had a loss of suspension stiffness.
At the garage they plugged in the computer and quickly found Dynamic Response to have low pressure. After checking the engine room it was clear the tank containing the high pssure liquid was totally empty! A pipe, hose or coupling must have burst, remains to see since it's not yet checked. My drive home may have caused a great deal of harm to the DR system as pumps etc. has run dry for a long time.
Luckily the car is still under warranty. Car will probably stay with the dealer till after Easter since they have to get the parts from UK.

Anybody else have had similar problem? 2010 RRS TDV6 3,0, Bali Blue/Tan/Anigre/Dynamic Pack/Logic7/Keyless entry/Paddle
