United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Java Black
boot liner and other bits .....

Just getting ducks lined up here for my new toy. Can anyone recommend a supplier of waterproof boot liners for the RRS ? I have an excitable German Shepherd and want a fuly waterproof cover down under her!

I'm also interested in the options around mats .... which are best?

As well as this I would like to get some spare wheels and rubber for offroad use. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance

Dog containers have been discussed on here before... I think folks were talking about something called Dogbag? A quick search should throw up some useful results.

As for mats - the rubber ones with the little metal corners are best from a practical point of view. You can get them muddy and they wash down nice and easily.

Compomotive make an 18" alloy for offroad use - they built it esp for the Bowler Nemesis, but it obviously fits the RRS. Most recommended offroad tyres are MTRs, if you can get them.

I have the cargo barrier in the back of mine, I ordered the "waterproof load liner" but the tray liner was deliverd instead and it does not fit with the cargo barrier. The waterproof liner works well and is quite tough it also has a pocket in it and a pair of work gloves that came with it as standard Thumbs Up It works well and is easy to fit and also unzips to provide a flap that comes down over the rear bumper when you open the tail gate. thanks for that ........ excellent news. Will get them ordered tomorrow.

another question - slightly more ethical this one.......is it OK to remove existing mats from my D3 to sell them on or should I really let them go with the car? (bought them all seperately )

does the RRS typically come with mats - or do I have to buy them too!!!! ?

Both my RRS's and the FFRR before them came with the heavy duty Land Rover mats. If your D3 came with the mats then I would leave them - if you had to buy them then keep them, also depends how worn they are! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

England 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

Hi

I got the rubber mates for the car and the runnver RRS boot liner that looks good also. One tip - the mats can start to look dusty and lose their black look - use some of your tyre shine product (sparingly) and it'll keep them looking as good as new.

The original RR gear is good.

Enjoy as much as I have!!
