Stornoway RRS on M25 hard shoulder.

Approx 1.20pm today, just south of Woking (going south). Chap and chapess standing on grass verge looking woefully at their N/S rear wheel with no tyre on it. .......Anyone on here? RRS TDV8 Buck Blue (no, not now in my dreams). ..........D3 TDclankety clankV6 ............BMW 318i
