My 01/2007 2.7 TDV6 HSE is going in for 1st service tomorrow at Chipperfield. It has only covered 8500 miles but its a year old now so has to be done I think? Is this right and any experience of Chipperfield?

if they dont veiw your car before you leave it, ask them to do so.. they should have a form to note any dents/sratches etc BUT DONT, sign the form, thats for them to sign and agree the condition of the car..(unless any damage is on it then you will sign to agree) then give it a check over prior to receiving it back. prior experience!!! Hartwell Npton, reqd door to be resprayed on my previous disco / total interior grease removal on ffrr........ in fairness they didn't quibble but should not have happened... |

M3RUJ, If you mean does the forum have a service handover form like other forums do - then no, we don't have one of those. But the advice above is sound... ensure you can get someone to look over the car with you to agree the condition and be aware of any damage that YOU are already aware of.

It's a good idea actually... a bit of "reengineering" might be in order.
