Try a cage, a lot cheaper in the long run. Lintran do some excellent solid sided ones or Barjo or Guardsman if you want to be able to see the dog. |

I went in for service the other day at 7500 Miles - this, per the US dealer is the recommended interval. - Robert

As Martin said - get a Dog Bag, they're great. Keeps all the mud & hairs contained too. See my gallery for pics of it in the Sport.

Nooo if it eats through seat belts it will eat through a soft cage. If seen enough dogs get out of collapsable metal ones let alone fabric. If you want a cage that contains hair get a Lintran box - they are expensive but very good. |

Not sure I'd be happy myself with having seatbelts repaired, especially as they are so critical to safety of passengers.

You are absolutely right there RRUK, a repair just will not do, the trim specialist who hinted a repair was possible doubted the safety of a repair when he viewed the damage.

Thats the problem with Land Rover dealers - the bits are reasonably priced butv the labour charge to fit them is ludicrous!

Get a Lintran Box as everyone else has recommended. We have one in our Discovery and find it is much better than dog guards, keeps the dogs secure, stops the spread of dog-hair and is easily cured.
