hi. new to site.... had problems with the knocking! (low mileage vehicle) Stratstone newport pagnell, had the car in / out for 6 weeks.. various attempts or excuses, inc wrong parts /parts not ordered etc etc.. terrible standard of customer service.. service reception staff appauling attitude..... however, LR uk (Claire) involved and tried to sort, certainly got the back order parts sorted in hours!... took car back to supplying dealer (Marshalls, Bedford)to look at and they fixed it same day..! anti roll bar bushes// fingers crossed.[/b]

Stratstones seem to be getting some really bad press on here at the moment.

For their sake, I hope some one at head office is taking note. If things don't start to improve soon a lot of us will be taking our business elsewhere. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. I use Stratstone Newport Pagnell. Yes it took a long time to fix the problem on my car.

But the staff have been extremely polite and helpful at all times. That's everyone from the Service manager down. I can't fault them in any way

have visited for couple of years when dealership was Rossleigh, but feel dealer gone down hill, perhaps i got them on a bad day (or 6 weeks) ! LR uk rep also stated s/stone reception were unprofessional to her.... s/stone service manager did also agree on unprofessional/miss communications etc... hey ho... car fixed main issue tho,

I made just this point on another thread earlier: one guy feels service is great, other thinks they are all idiots. Nothing like building a relationship with a service department, but everyone has to start somewhere.
