Insurance with 22" wheels

Hi Has anybody on here fit 22" wheels on their sport and if so did you inform your Insurance Company and did it make any difference to the price of your yearly premiums.

United Kingdom

you should notify your insurance company of all modifications or they could invalidate your policy when it comes to a claim.

it is up to the company whether they charge for the mods or not

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Hi,

I have a set of 22" wheels on my RRSport.
I notifed insurance company of all upgardes/mods, which were colour coded skirts, upgraded stereo, rear tints, upgarde exhaust plus wheels, and it did not make any differnce to premiumn.

You should tell them of all mods that are non-standard it saves problems if you ever have to claim.

Hope this helps- Sandy
