I'm looking to replace my '05 Discovery 3 over the next couple of months and cross over to the dark side with an RRS HSE. Anyone seen better OTR prices than £44.9k ? I've seen that Motorpoint having 4 listed right now at £44.6k but assume these are not UK spec anyone know?

Welcome to the forums, I've just taken a look at the Motopoint website and found the 4 cars you mention at

They are 2008MY and "delivery milage" so although no registration number is not given I would suspect they were pre-registered. RRS went into MY 2008.5 in October so you may find they are UK sourced unsold stock. List for them was £47700 + £710 for optional 20" wheels+ £350 for the privacy glass (if it is factory fitted). Looks like you are saving about £4100 on a discountinued version so you may be able to knock the price down further.
The first Silver one (ref 238914) listed could even be a 2008.5MY as it has Alcantra trim which the other don't have....... if you go and look at them then check that one to see if it has the electric adjustment for the steering column as that was a 2008.5MY upgrade. If they all have the phone cradle holder under the centre cubby box then they are 2008 or earlier!

If they are UK sourced you could be onto a good thing! Personnally I would take one of the Zermatts over the Java!, also can you life with an Ivory interior as they look like they all have the pale interior from the photos. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Those Motorpoint ones are imports from the Netherlands. Sold with a 3 yr waraanrty but not to full UK spec and by the time you add on the Motorpoint charges for OTR no longer worth a punt. Back to the drawing board so anyone know dealers with good deals on RRS TDV6 HSEs at the moment?
