Hi Chris

Where did you get your tinting done?

Great looking car.

Local dealer sorted it all for me (down in Exeter), they gave me a car for the day even though the guy who does the tinting is independent of them.

I would strongly suggest your rattle on the front suspension is the well known problem of the Anti Roll bar Bushes.

Assuming this is occurring mainly on straight bumpy A and B type roads Question

If so, I would advise your dealer of this and get it fixed under warranty. There is I beleive a recent bulletin to tell the dealers how to diagnose it Rolling Eyes

.

That is exactly what is happening... I initially thought arb or wishbone bushes, quite alarming at so few miles.

Glad to be of help. Sadly you are not the first and unlikely to be the last till LR do something about it Idea TDV6 - gone

sorry to hear this chris - my HSE is 16k miles old and has DR, however has never shown symptoms of the knocking noise - doesn't help you I know, other than it shows imo its not simply an inherent problem or characteristic that LR believe

Tim,

If its going to happen and i hope it dosen't, it won't be long now Wink

Kaine,

It's not the DR. And yes it is becoming more common for some reason. Yes LR know all about it but can they stop it Question TDV6 - gone

New ARB bushes front & rear and lower I think he said Ball joints on both sides on the front. They did just the ARB bushes to start with and the noise hadn't completely gone.

Its now completely knock less (touch wood). Service chap did say they weren't an upgraded part but that LR are working on an 'upgrade' fix for the problem.
