Your Barn is not really old either is it, its more a contemporary structure made of old(nice) oak beams

At the moment - nothing. It's a self contained one bed dwelling, useful for the mother in law when she turns up. There is a double carport attached to the barn. The barn is brand new. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
