Scotland 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey
Off road navigation

In off road navigation, how do I adjust the altitude? It is reading 250' when it is sitting at 80' above sea level.

Basically, the altimeter in the satnav unit is pretty inaccurate. I don't believe it can be recalibrated.

Thanks for the quick reply. Just bought the RRS last week, the Discovery 3 was due for a change. The sport is amazing, far better to drive than a D3 and looks better too. March 2008 will be my thirtieth year of Land Rover ownership, it will be interesting to see who owns them by then.
All the Land Rovers I have owned have had something wrong with them, so if the altitude reading is what is wrong with this one then I am happy.

Welcome - the RRS is a far better drive than the D3 but don't tell them on disco3! Wink 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
