On my drive home on Monday I stopped off at Teebay Services on the M6. Those of you who are into good food may be aware that this award winning motorway stop is run by a local Westmorland farmer and has a superb farmshop selling only organic foods on site. I did my general shopping there and decided to be a bit adventurous with some of the cheeses.

Well, even though it has been in a sealed tupperware box my fridge has had a wonderful smell eminating from it. I've just had a lump of this creamy cheese which looks like a Camambert with a thicker skin............................. it might smell quite disgusting but it tastes wonderful, 5*'s brilliant if you like strong cheeses!
