If Hamilton had won by one point then I think Alonso would have thrown a tantrum worse than that of any 3 year old . I wonder if Alonso will be driving for MacLaren next season................ 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Just on the 10-30pm news that BMW may be disqualified for irregularities - which would mean Hamilton came 4th and is the world champion |

McLaren are apealing the stewards decision, Alonso is speaking out against McLaren and Kimi is still world champ.

At the end of the day Rules are Rules. I'm sure Hamilton wouldn't want to win the world championship in this way. But - That said, McLaren have really been given a hard time by Max Mosely & the FIA this year. It is very debatable wether there really was any "espionage" against Ferrari by McLaren and the evidence would not have stood up in a court of law. What is clear is that several employees of each company DID act illegally but most fair minded people accept that they were doing it to assist their own ambitions NOT their current teams. The FIA are never consistent when it comes to handing out penalties (especially where Ferrari are concerned), Anyone remember the Illegal Ferrari Aero Parts a couple of years ago |

And here was I thinking that F1 had started to get worth watching again, but it appears not to be.............. all this squabbling is getting boring. Why don't FIA just say "you can spend this much in a season and once it's spent tough titty............................." That would concentrated the minds of those in the technical and legal departments wonderfully, especially if lawyers fees were to be included in the amount that each team were allowed to spend. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Formula Fiasco at its finest. The way the FIA act you can't help but think they want Ferrari to win everything given the lack of penalty given to Ferrari at the beginning of the year (anyone remember the false floors they were using?) and the fact that Stepneygate came about after that incident.

Unwritten rules for Ferrari... so they did not get upset and leave the championship.. even though there drivers had to follow team orders and a few thought they were driving panzerwagens... ask Damon and Jacques Another Pommie Bar Steward down under
