No I didn't mention it, mainly because I thought if I overloaded them with issues they would insist on having the car in for days and I don't have the time for that. PLus it would confuse matters too much. I think you should try it out with them!

Now I've remembered what I was going to ask about - NickP you reminded me but obviously it has been noted before. The last week of icy mornings I have noticed the right side of the drivers footwell to be very cold even if you have the little vents on the underside of the steering column open.! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Had a call from the Dealership yesterday to ask me if I will attend a meeting with the Dealer Principal Gary Phipps and the Bodyshop Manager Paul Bates.

I'm looking forward to seeing their reaction to me recording the meeting on my iRiver device. They know me well enough that I will use it to my best defence with LandRover should it get that far, and then for bad publicity on their part also.

TBH, there's lots of cars out there with much darker front tints, mine don't look so bad in the light of day. I am pleased with the results for £100. The guys at Executive Tints did a smashing job.

The meeting went favourably, and the breaking point was really when we went out to look at my car's bonnet badge next to a brand new car. It is clearly out of line both vertically and horizontally and the space between the two words is far too small, the more I looked at it the more I realised how crap it looked.

Well done sir! Too many LR dealers seem to think the world will come to them and buy their products and cannot be bothered either to follow up enquiries from potential clients or to treat those that have spent a fortune with them like civilised and reasonable people when things don't go quite right.
