TDV8 with full colour coding

full colour coded TDV8 - at first I thought it was too much, however the more I look at it the more I like it

Subtle and even painting the D pillar doesn't detract from the floating roof effect. I suspect it would look awful if they had done the B & C pillars too. I think RRS can take full colour coding of dark coloured cars but it doesn't work on lighter colours. At least they resisted 2 tone paintwork a la Kahn Project Range Rovers. Must admit I was considering having the chromed or body colour mirror kit put onto my new one. Looks good on the Stormers too but it needs a set of smoked side repeater lenses to complete the look. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Me like it, except for A and D pillars, I would have left those alone to preserve the floating roof look. Also, I am not crazy about the mirrors, but if you paint the pillars I guess it makes sense to color code them as well.

weird, but I never spotted the A Pillars had even been done, but now you've pointed it out I agree - the A and D Pillar shouldn't have been done
