Don't think so - but then they might comment if the tyres are very worn on one shoulder but not the other, but the condition and treads certainly are, as are they condition of the wheels. I got a comment on my Defender 2 years ago that the tubular sidesteps were a hazard to pedestrians as they were rusty and corroded but I didn't fail the MOT on them! It failed because an anti-roll bar was hanging off! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
