...and I'll only sleep in the same room as Biggles if he doesn't snore. Midn you, I could sleep on the beach... or in the cabin of that rather nice boat on your jetty!

Just round the corner - I'm in Cobham. If you ever go to the Pool in The Park there's a lovely grass bank near the pool which I would love to take the RRS up and down! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten 2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed. Tim, I know I have suggested this before.....but a good venue to consider is Slaley Hall. The attractions of Slaley for a RRS meet are as follows :

I spoke to the chap who runs the Weardale Offraod Centre today. He would be very happy to set out a route around his site (a 900 acre hill farm) which would be challenging but non damaging. The RRS's gathered could circuit this route (probably take 1.5 hours) covering rocks, woods, ditches, stream crossings, steep hills and lots of mud. He has a jet wash at the site so we could remove all mud before returning to the high way. We would have exclusive use of the whole site for the day we were there. Its in a very scenic and wild location in Weardale with some great valley / moorland views.
