not always - friends E55 AMG has been back to the stealers many times in the last 12 months - brake failure, electric mirrors failing, discs warping etc etc appreciate you've had probs, but ALL manufacturers have problems. My Touareg caused me no end of probs, although I still rate them highly. also, I dont mean to sound rude here, but how do you get so ed off with a car just because the tool kit is missing? |

The RRS doesn't come with a toolkit. All you get is a scissor jack, a wheel brace bar, a couple of wheel chocks, a screwdriver and a locking wheelnut tool if your vehicle has locking wheel nuts.

Mate.... Some of us have been listening to people's RRS problems on this forum for 2 years and we've learnt to accept that there is the odd problem or too but most are not insurmountable. In fairness, I don't really think there are any more problems with a car from Land Rover than there would be from any German manufacturer. Because we are a forum of RRS owners we'll tend to only hear the bad things.... check out any other marque forum and you can also take your pick of problems. Who's to say if you dumped your RRS to buy a Q7 that wouldn't also have problems? 2009 Outstanding Contribution Award - Joint Runner Up 2009 'Tech-Head Of The Year' Award - Runner Up Like it here? Also no need to have a go at TB, he knows more about the way that the RRS is built than the rest of us put together and has helped out many members on here with problems they might have. |
