Anyone want a house in Swindon?

Anyone have a need for a buy to let house in swindon?
Good renter, had it since 2004, it rents well at £850 per month, very popular area.. I used to live here when i was working in Swindon..

Taken an offer at: £185,000.. if anyone needs this house or is looking for a long term investment, they are well under value compared to other areas in the country. Been a good performer for us anyway, have one next door still, just selling to release some much needed equity.

(mayor lives the other side as well, which proves its a decent area..) swindon outlet centre about 400m from the door! Close to town centre, and motorway links.

Another 2 bedroom apartment available for: £119k with 2 bathrooms (from another seller), rents well at: £550 per month unfurnished.. The flats here are worth around £130-140k, we've never had anything empty in swindon, you can't find anything available in Churchward park etc..

thanks..! swindon is a weird but wonderful place.. the outlet village is fantastic.. spend a bomb in there on saturday.. can't help but go in everytime im near the place..
