Meteor Shower - 12th August

In case anyone's interested there will be a meteor shower this evening from 11pm - 2am ish

the sky is clear (around me anyway) so it should be easily seen with the naked eye.

I looked out for a few mins around midnight last night and didn't see a thing (yes, the sky was clear before you ask).... there was some footage of it on the news last night although it wasn't clear whether it was this year's or not.

Ah !

So that's what it was.......

I was out with our doggy in the back garden after 11 last night & saw something zip across the sky.

Only saw the one though & thought it may have been a falling star, even made a wish.

Do wishes work with Meteor showers too ??
