I will be really moaning if this goes on for more than a week, and they can put me into a FFRR or another Sport, as i said to the very nice lady on the phone, if i had wanted a D3 or a Freelander then i would of bought one trouble is, it is not the persons fault on the end of the phone, and i don't like to moan directly at them  some of my Previous cars

They have just rung back, the weekend before the starter motor arrives, told them i want a FFRR or my Ferrari back  some of my Previous cars

UPDATE

Customer services phoned to say that it will be next week before they get a starter motor, so they have arranged a FFRR S/C for me until i get my car back, it did take some sorting out and quite a few phone calls, but got there in the end.


The annoying thing is that the dealer should of sorted this out with L/R customer services, not me having to do it, i have to say that they really do need to change there attitude towards there so called valued customers, before we all move to another Marque
