England 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black
Steering wheel badge

Help! I am in need of a Black/Silver badge for my steering wheel. I have seen the posts on here about using a wheel centre cap, but can anyone tell me if you can buy the steering wheel badge anywhere or just 1 wheel cap Thumbs Up Java Black TDV6 HSE - Java Grandes Marques 1/18 - Ducati 749s

Qatar 2007 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Buckingham Blue

I bought 3 S/C Door Emblem Assembly (Part# EKA 500040WYZ) last week and fitted two on the door and the third on the steering wheel. I got those from the local LR dealer. I am sure yours has them in stock as well.
They costed me less than the price of the Wheel Caps on Ebay (like $10 each).

Note: Changing the front door badges is easy. The steering wheel is a bit tricky. I recommend lifting it from the middle top and cutting the top side clips with a tiny scissor. Otherwise, just punch it "carefully" and cut it slowly with a cutter/plier. It is quite difficult to remove it in one piece anyway. Finally I used a strong Epoxy glue ("Black" poly-bond) to snap the black badge in its place.

Best way to remove steering wheel logo is by drilling a small hole in the badge, screw a screw in and pull straight out. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Portugal 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Didn't know that the door badges where a DIY job... thought it messed up with the door airbags and had to be done by the dealer.

Is it that simple? Some one cares to send me some details? Smile

Thanks

I have just ordered 3 door badges from my stealer, £3 each plus VAT, there is a post somewhere on here showing exactly how to fit them. If I can find it Whistle Java Black TDV6 HSE - Java Grandes Marques 1/18 - Ducati 749s
