Just coming up for my first service/6mths/7500 miles, fortunately trouble free motoring given the bottom placement given to LandRover here in the US in the reliability tables today.

By rights, when they plug it in - they should be able to see what updates are necessary and apply them accordingly If there's anything in particular you need to have done (i.e. the newer wiper blades etc) then you'll need to specifically ask to have them done.

Sorry if this is repeating what has been asked before, but what is the issue with the wiper blades? |

Excellent, just what I needed to know. Funny that 'cos I saw I was missing my LH wiper last night and had to charge around to get a quick fix since it was going to rain today.

Bummer, just scheduled the service and the dealership knew nothing about the blades. Phoned LR USA and they said they weren't replacing them either! $75 each.

Highway robbery. Do you have a Pep Boys nearby? Get the 22" Rain-X Latitude, should be $20 or so for the pair (with 2 for 1 coupon) and they work great. They just snap in. Even without coupon, you can buy four of these high quality blades for the price of one mediocre "OEM" blade... |
