United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

Got the car yesterday - chuffed to bits at the moment - honeymoon period!

I put 35psi in the front and 37psi in the rears on the pirelli scorpions 22 inch.

The guy who fitted the wheels - a right donkey - said that they had put 36psi 'all round as this was what they did with all 22 inchers"

I got home and checked and found a mixture of 28, 31, 32 and 35 - W**ker!

After looking in the manual I ended up putting 35 front and 37 back as I said above but would like to know what anyone else who has 22 inch wheels puts in theirs? Thumbs Up Best Wishes

Gary

The contact patch for the 22" will be only very slightly bigger than the factory 20" so I would go with whatever the manual states for 20" - too high and you get premature wear on the centre of the tyre. Cheers

What pressure?? Not 35, not 36 , not 37! I went to 45Psi

Hey, I went straight to 3 wheelshops and i was answered that for 295-30-22 it was 45 Psi. When I go down to 40, 38 the tires look flat and you can bend the easily, i allready had one client dent a wheel with low 37 psi!
I installed in thsi customers car a set of black stormers 22x10, and I used TPMS, the tir pressure monitoring system and it is like all of the systems, a Pain in the B^&%^%^T!
I was with him on that afternoon, just after a week of 92, 93, 95 degrees and then that day ot cooled to 75, wheels were really lower in Air pressure.
So in my book, 40 to 45 is the best for protection and performance.
Ceee ya!
