Not exactly sure what the chart is telling me but it is showing a significant increase in power.

Couple of questions:

1. Would Land Rover know this has been done on a service i.e can it invalidate warranty.
2. Even though this is a big increase is it still within the capabailities of the engine design.
3. If for some reason the ECU fails do you have to pay all over again for the remap.
4. If you had an accident would this invalidate insurance, do they ever check things like this.

Sorry for sounding like a worrier £54k is alot of money to me and I want to make sure I am nt taking unnecessay risk.

TDV8 actually feels quick enough as it is but i would love to get close to next doors supercharged performance. Although I dont see much of him he is usually at the petrol station.

Ian just do it and dont worry, im not sure L/R can tell if its been done or not, they couldnt tell on my last V6 apart from driving it, and dont forget the some dealers offer this up grade as well.

Mines done 1500 miles now and its getting better and better, i reckon that it is close to the s/c now Mr. Green

Ian go for it Thumbs Up

Mine has 2,450 on the clock now and has been back to the dealers three times "it does not show on diagnostics".

Only if you drive it Bow down Bow down

Apart from drag race I doubt a SC is any quicker up to the limiter. Quite why the SC is allowed a higher limit I am not sure.

Specs on my V8 are the same as the SC ??

Must be brand positioning Rolling with laughter First 1k got 24.6mpg second thousand got 24.4 and currently at 23.7 on third but I have done a fair bit of off road in the last 400 miles Thumbs Up  SDV8 vogue SE.
