2 Supercharged Sports in Silver and Black , 4 uniformed police in each ....................... storming along the A811 headed east toward Stirling at way over the speed limit overtook me this afternoon (I was sat at 60 on the cruise and they just disappeared over the horizon in seconds, playing at catch and chase. No police marking on them except for a small notice on the back as the "chase" car screamed passed................. Police Driver Under Instruction. At the speed they were doing it must have been High Speed Pursuit instruction! When a Police Officer is on a driving course he or she has an automatic right to drive at whatever speed he or she thinks fit except when in a 30 mph zone.

In my opinion they should be clearly marked as POLICE cars when involved in high speed chase persuits - whether real or not!

I saw an M3 convertable pulled over on the hard shoulder of the M6 yesterday with an unmarked, silver police car with blue lights behind the grille parked behind it........... it was a Skoda Octavia unmarked police car. We have uprated several Police Skoda Octavia 1.8 Turbo cars and they are all now running at 250 bhp...you have been warned!

We have also uprated 12 TDV6's for the Police but dont worry none of them will go faster than 115 mph

Useful info, none the less! I don't think I'll be doing much outrunning of police in my RRS anyway

You don't chip up white vans to 400bhp do you? Because I get quite a few roaring up behind me when I'm in the GT3, if so you might need to remap the chips, becos they do seem to struggle after a short blip on the accelerator!  HSE TD6 (Java Black/Ivory)
