That wouldn't be Norfolk... Virginia, USA, would it? We don't get power folding side mirrors across the pond, not even as an option. |

Don't think so Umberto, he has a small Union Flag in his profile. But then again Virgina is one of the old colonies so he might be being a bit historical!

They probably just thought we have really big garages! Maybe in Texas, but we also have tiny ones here in California... |

My recollection is that you press the mirror adjustment knob straight down (with the lever in the center position - neither mirrors selected) to fold them in. The North America manual, however, states "Folding Mirrors: The operation is carried out by physically pushing the mirror bodies towards the side windows." |

Yes you could get a nasty crush injury if you gt caught between the door and mirror as it folded. This wonīt be a joke - after all I donīt think NA spec have the kerb-illuminating additional side headlight bulbs that illuminate when the indicators are on at slow speed....apparantly a pedestrian was runover and claimed they were dazzled by these lights so they are no more in NA.... Right. Also no RSE playback on the front monitor WHILE STATIONARY here. If anyone can make money in an out-of-court settlement for crashing a car while parked in a garage watching a movie, it is us! Sometimes I am amazed they let us change radio stations without supervision and/or a signed liability waiver. |

its so true...we're so sad... funny how telephone integration is ok (have to manually punch in the phone number and thats ok) but fiddling with the NAV while driving is not? 2007 RRS HSE Java/Ebony w/Luxury Package 2007 Suzuki GSX-R 750 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 650R 1998 Eagle Talon |
