Local dealer is offering to supply and fit a Parrot CK3100 or CK3200 for £210 all in. They have fitted them to several D3's and FFRR's but never to an RRS. As my car doesn't have PTI I feel that although I always switch off the phone when I'm driving it would be more useful to have something like this built-in (I find using the B/T earpieces very uncomfortable with my old fart beige hearing aids and beer bottle bottom glasses). Has anybody any experience of Parrot gear? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I have Parrot 3200 LS-Colour's fitted in two cars (tho not the RRS), knocks the PTI apology for a carkit into a cocked hat. Slightly limited functionality with my Nokia N73 but the phonebook download is fixed by the add-on software for the phone that is quite easy to install. On the whole I'm very impressed with them.

For a (short) time I was even hoping that the add-on phonebook downloader software would even cause the phonebook to download to the (Nokia-sourced) PTI kit but, erm, ho hum no such luck.

Seems the PTI kit has "useful function inhibit" all over it, sure you can dial with the handset but for goodness sake!!!!!  Cheers

Having sold Parrot in Australia as a distro I have nothing but praise for this product. I can safely say that they have one of the lowest returns and possibly the best sound quality out there. I use the 3100 in my Honda and my brother is using the 3000 I will be putting the 3200 into my RR soon.

As a footnote out of 100 units I would get there maybe 1 that required warranty and the chaps in France would send an entirely new unit as a replacement.

I have the CK3300 with GPS. NIce piece of kit but required a few software upgrades before it was happy. £210 from LR sounds excellent. Is that Morrison's?
