Daimler has flogged Chrysler.....................

Just heard on the news that Dailmer has flogged Chrysler to a New York based Private Equity Fund. D-B got $3billion for Chrysler and D-B shares have rocketed in value as a result. Spectulation now is how long Chrysler/Jeep will last as it has been known to be be a financial basket case for a long time. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

In April 1995 Chrysler were offered over $20 billion before selling out for even more money to Daimler Benz in a so called "merger of equals" and netting the existing Chrysler executives $355 million! At the time it was said "Bringing Chrysler crapiness to Mercedes is always going to be a lot easier than bringing Mercedes excellence to Chrysler". Time has shown this to be the case Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.

about time that they got rid of Chrysler ! i will personally profit of that since Daimler HQ is here in my hometown
