Towing issue caused by tapping noise !!!!

Can I ask a question please. So only towed me new Lusso 2 caravan a total of 3 times so far however last 2 times towing I have an issue that I’m not sure what causes it

I tow with a Range Rover Sport 3.0 V6 2010 however on motorway as soon as I hit 50 mph onwards I get what sounds like plastic tapping coming from the Range Rover boot door. I’ve identified it coming from this area only today as sent other half into back of Range Rover while on motorway and noise was present and they adamant it comes from boot door flooring area. (It’s 100% not A frame lockers as they are secure and packed well / tight and it’s also not the tow cables hitting the a frame via the wind)

I think specifically it’s the strip of trim covering that runs parallel across the bottom of the flooring below the boot door. I feel above 50mph the floor vibrates and it’s plastic hitting plastic causing the tapping.

Also only get this when towing caravan / if I speed 50 mph or above without towing I have no noise 😳

Anyone else experienced this ? I’m getting paranoid over it

England 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

remove the plastic trim before towing, and see if it stops making the noise

then refit will some self tapper screws!
