Clearing Fault Codes

I have had an issue with my L320 Sport with water ingress into the footwell. After a few investigations I think I have solved it by removing external A pillar trim and removing the bottom peg and patching the holes up. I am still drying it out I think although it dries with a heater then becomes damp but not wet which I think may be due to lingering water maybe.
The issue with driving is the brake assist warning comes on then it lowers the ride. Sometimes the b tree asked start applying for a very short period then it’s just driving in the lowered position.
I have attached photos of the diagnostic machine readings.
The question is do these faults look like they could be caused by my water issue and do I need to delete the fault codes and try driving again or if the water issue was fixed would the fault just not come in when I drive
Any advice is appreciated
Thanks
Antony
