Air suspension 2008 L320

My '08 2.7 (78k) was recently in the shop for an AMBER light issue, which was 'resolved' by replacing the compressor and performing a re-flash. I assume they installed an AMK compressor, as they wouldn’t have used one from Amazon or eBay—which makes sense. They left it with a suspect slight leak- on xmas eve. i was anxious to get the car back, they were anxious to close business for xmas.
However, after the repair, I noticed a new issue: the compressor randomly runs, even when the car hasn’t sagged. This happens sporadically—sometimes overnight, sometimes after sitting for a week, as we don’t use the car much.
I took it back to the shop, and they replaced all three valve blocks. But now, I’m dealing with yet another problem. Please listen to the attached video—you can hear the frustration in the repair-shop owners voice.
Any ideas? I’m concerned that things have only gotten worse, and I don’t want to keep throwing parts at the issue without a clear solution.

This site will not let me attach the *.mp4 that was sent to me. Basically, it shows the car dropped at the front and the rear up fully, with a high pressure 'hiss' pulsing every 4 seconds. The mechanic says on the transcrip that the valve should be fully open, but its not- it pulses.
