SDV8 Thermostat housing change.

I posted a few months back about a leaking o ring on my lower radiator hose where it joins the thermostat housing. Fixed it with a new o ring at the time but away to do my auxiliary belt, idlers and water pump. So I guess the thermostat housing and hoses are a kind of while you’re in there job.

So my question is, does anyone know what needs replacing since they changed the sizes.. Is it just upper and lower radiator hoses and upper and lower thermostat housings? Or do the EGR cooler and cylinder head to thermostat housing hoses need doing also?

It’s three hoses (upper, lower and reservoir) and the upper and lower thermostat housing. Routing the new hoses is a pain, I’ve done a few and it’s still a pain. Just be careful as things are old and brittle and will break when you really don’t want them to. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory

Spot on, cheers for the information. I’ll get the parts ordered up and see how it goes.
