Poor FM Reception + Inaccurate Navi Position

Good afternoon,

I have an RRS L494 2016 and the FM radio reception was always fine, until at some point it suddenly became poor.
When tuned to a station, there is a lot of interference, as if no antenna is connected. Sometimes it works reasonably, but the signal is very fragile.
When I switch stations, I usually only get static.
So, holding onto a station usually works, although with considerable interference, but after switching to another station, the reception is really very poor, if not impossible.

Now, I was on the road yesterday and suddenly my navigation could no longer determine my exact location.
The navigation still works, but the position is extremely inaccurate.

Well, what came to my mind was an antenna problem.
Can someone tell me if there is a connection between the FM reception and the navigation?
Is the FM antenna possibly combined with the navigation antenna? The shark fin?

I checked if there was a way to see how many satellites the navigation receives, but I have no idea if this is possible and how this can be tested... Wink
It is often mentioned that when there is no reception, a "red line through the GPS icon" is indicated.
No idea where this icon is located on my navigation...

I looked through various service manuals and wondered if this type and year have the so-called navigation control module installed in the trunk.
I don't think I encountered it when mounting my towbar, but I must admit I wasn't really paying attention to it at the time.
According to the service manual, an antenna for navigation and an antenna for FM are connected there.

I would appreciate your ideas and tips on where to start. I have already disconnected the battery to reset everything.
Read error codes but nothing pointing to navigation or radio problems.

Thanks in advance!
