Hi All,

My console cover latch is broken. I have read the helpful thread by Byreman a few years ago where his needed re-aligning, mine is slightly different.

From the looks of things, a clip that holds the bar in place on one side has broken, or come out over the years.

Having had a browse on the internet, it doesn't look like LR sell anything other than an entire lid, which costs plenty, and there's nothing wrong with the old one, other than the bar not being able to be fixed on one side.

Is there a way to fix this? If all it needs is a clip, I wonder if there is anywhere to buy them?

Any help gratefully received. Have posted pictures to show better what has happened.

Might be worth trying a breaker's, someone like stag 4x4 in Auckland, a few on fleabay but shipping's a bit ott.
