Tow Pack

I have found a car I am interested in. Factory Tow Bar is fitted but no tow pack. Wondering if this can be fitted after market? M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.
