Only way would be to examine the belt to see if you can see if its the original belt, JLR stamped etc and by its condition.

If there is no documentation then assume it hasn't been done and budget accordingly.

It's definitely overdue on time in that case. As so many people just service by mileage even though the book says time/miles, I'd assume it hasn't been done yet and act accordingly. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
