Coolant leak - seal worn

Hi all, I have swapped out my oil cooler as I had a coolant leak from the internal gasket failing.

Unfortunately one of my coolant hoses seals has also decided to give up the ghost so I am hoping you will be able to help identify the correct size of seal for me as it will be the quickest way for me to get it back on the road. (Simply bearings are located 10 miles from my home)

I have found the below on their website and wondering if this could be the correct size. the old seal actually measured 4mm in cross section but this is 2mm however the height of the seal is bigger which could account for the difference.

Cross Section: 2mm
Inside Diameter: 17.5mm
Outside Diameter: 21.5mm
