From my many years driving a FF, I kinda got used to using the nozzle upside down when filling.
Now on my 13 plate RRS Im finding that the upside down way doesnt work, but then neither does the right way, or sideways. Im currently filling up with little more than a a trickle (which leaves you standing at the pump like youve got prostate problems) and I cant get 'full pressure' Theres doesnt appear to be any wrong fuel blockage its just seems the knack of holding a gun. Any assistance ?

Tried that Alphonso, all seems clear. Just seems that the jet is too powerful. It was a bone of contention on the FF's (particularly my 08)that the quickest way to fill was to hold the nozzle upside down

If its really bad, I guess you need to investigate the vent, which is a smaller pipe that runs along with the filler pipe, to the top of the neck. Ensure not blocked or kinked.

Otherwise rotate the handle towards the drivers door slightly

What about contacting a Land Rover dealer? They might have some tips for your model.

I'd stay well away from a LR dealer. They'd want to see the car, keep it for 3 days, do nothing and then charge you an "investigation fee" before telling you "they all do that, sir, perfectly normal".  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
