Wireless Android Auto Adapter

(I am not a Apple user so please don't recommend CarPlay adapters)

I have a MY2017 with "wired" Android Auto and saw this which will apparently make Android Auto wireless. Has anyone any experience of this or any similar unit with Android Auto and how do you get on, is it worth the money etc?
