Front and rear screen washers and also headlight washers have stopped working. all fuses check out ok. hard to believe all 3 pumps have failed, any ideas??

2 pumps, one for the front/rear screens, one for the headlights. Have you checked both the fuse box behind the glovebox and the engine bay fuse box? Otherwise, you probably need to take the wheel arch liner out to access the back of the reservoir and ensure there's no damage to the loom.

Checking for fault codes might help, too, of course. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Checked all the fuses they seem ok, although havent had the pump out yet for inspection
