Not entirely true, depends on the trailer wiring setup. Some (Genuine LR) have a small fuse block in the left rear under the cargo cover. This was done away with on 10-13.

Agreed. My old 08MY TDV8 had a fusebox in the boot as you indicate. My MY12 doesn't, it's just in the main fuse box. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Trailer indicators never fused.

Ah, good point. It's the "big" lights that have fuses isn't it. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
