Badly scuffed interior plastic

The rear of both my front seats are badly scuffed. Previous owners kids must have worn hobnail boots. Also the plastic lower parts on all 4 the door cards is badly scratched.
I was wondering, short of replacement, would wrapping be an option?
I don't relish trying to get the seat backs off, if that's even possible.
Any suggestions welcome. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

Recolouring can help make it not so obvious.
For the seat search for leather repair\recolour. The leather repair stuff usually also works for vinyl. You can also find kits that add filler but can take a lot of practice to make the damage disappear and not look repaired. Also tricky to match the colour. But there are also leather upholstry repair companies about that will do it for you.
For black plastic try recolour with plastic restorer from auto store. Not cheap brand, expensive one with lots of dye. Or cheap method is use boot polish. Another method is to paint it with textured plastic bumper paint. The painting method takes practice to get the texture acceptable. Pete

Thanks for the reply.
I'm referring to the hard plastic components, the seat leather is fine.
The scratches in the plastic are quite deep, hence covering over was an idea. Or complete replacement.
I think I could manage to change the door cards, but the seat backs? Not sure. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014
