When logged into TOPIx using my VIN, under 'Popular Content' it lists 'Towing Eye Missing'... could it be that?

When mine was in for the latest security update last month I was advised that they had made a booking for next Tuesday for the `towing eye cover', but the assistant did not know what it was. However I will also be raising an issue with them as the near side rear window (between the rear door and the the tailgate) appears to be coming unstuck at the top front left corner and is now sticking out by 0.5". not what I would expect in a 6 month old very expensive car. |

Got mine - apparently it is a new towing screw in ‘eye’ that is in the boot. Got it fitted. |
